On the up-side, units are nice and spacious, nice pools, grounds are kept clean. As for the negatives, lived there for a year, Maintenance are lazy and you need to put 3-4 works orders just to get a person at your place. Rent is very high for the overall mediocre quality of the complex, paid 1300 for a two bedroom. Barbeque grills are rarely cleaned, there are only 2 gas grills for the whole complex, staff is only attentive towards people looking to sign up, they don't seem to care much about needs of current residents. My apartment was very clean when I moved out, they still took $80 off of my security deposit as a cleaning fee. My recommendation: look around before settling for this complex, there are much better deals in the Scottsdale area.
