Some good, More bad

I do not recommend this apartment for the price. It looks very nice but has multiple problems.

PARKING:
Parking lot does not have assigned parking, so if you come home during the afternoon/early evening you will be well off. If you ever go out on weekends or just come home late, goodluck finding parking within the complex.

NOISE:
Noise overall is very good between walls. The only issues we have had is with open windows and neighbors who don't respect the 10:00pm during the week noise curfew. Also, maintenance climbs on the roof every other day and it is very loud.

GROUNDS:
Grounds are always clean, however there is not a gate like the website says, so you have constant traffic doing U-turns in the parking lot, LOTS of Solicitors, Police looking for parking/license problems on everyones car and police pulling cars over in the entryway.

SAFETY:
Safety has not been an issue. Only complaint is no gate so it is open game for crime and annoying solicitors.

CONSTRUCTION:
This is were everything is BAD. Appearance looks nice, that's it. Trim looks bad and is not fully painted, carpet has paint on it. Doors have dents, interior doors don't close or are constantly broken. Appliances are cheap, Fridge problems, Dishwasher sucks. Windows look nice, but they are cheaply built because they don't close all the way and let noise and heat in. Patio door is horrible for letting in heat and bugs. Bathroom sink drain does not open more than 2mm and maintenance didn't care to fix it any better. And final, our floor and walls shake badly from the heater-A/C below us that is mounted in the ceiling and has never been fixed.

MAINTENANCE:
They mostly are good, things get looked into quickly half the time. As explained above, our floors and walls shake like an earthquake from the heater-A/C below us. We have complained to office and maintenance at least 9 (NINE) times over a year and still has not changed. Emergency maintenance was a no-show, ever!

OFFICE STAFF:
They are friendly, but we have several issues. Many issues they said they would take care of and must have forgot to do. They can be very lazy and I have had 4 seperate times that they said we owed them money, but after an hour of messing around on the computer, they found a stupid simple error. But very annoying to constantly waste your time.

GOOD THINGS:
(Andover 1br.)- Kitchens are big and nice, Huge bathtubs, Nice Walk-in Closets and tall ceilings. All walls are painted a beige color instead of all white like most places. Office, Pools, and Weight-room are very nice and new.

OVERALL:
Half of our problems might only affect us, and not the rest of the apartments, but how they fix or solve are problems is a joke for living in a expensive LUXURY complex. If you can get a low price I would recommend the Regents, but only if it is cheap. Fitness room is very nice, new and highly used. Pools are very nice and cleaned. Mountain views are not charged like in most apartment complexes. In the end, shop for cheaper price if you wish to be in this neighborhood. Make sure you have lots of parking near your apartment and have any maintenance issues fixed immediately before you sign lease.
