My husband and I moved here in December, we had checked and the aparment had the best ratings. But appearences can be deceiving. The apartment is not well built. The week we moved in it was raining and we had a massive leak in the kitchen. We were told the appliances were new, they weren't and most of them were broken and still are broken after many work orders. We were also told they never had noise complaints on dogs or parties, that's a lie. A few weeks into our lease we found out the woman beneath us had at least 8 "formal" complaints and the cops had been called at least 4 times on her dog that howled all day. I didn't know a great dane could make a noise like that. We have been told at least 3 times that the dog was going to go or she was going to be evicted, and not a thing has happened. Cops are in the parking lot way too much for my comfort. This place is way too expensive for the service you receive. Did I mention the woman below us is a "recovered" paranoid skitzophrenic' That is something I would like to know before I rent the apartment. After a month I doubted the recovered part. West world is right behind the apartment complex and we were told that the back apartments have never had a problem with noise from shows taking place there, another lie. Maintenance is incompetant and they don't finish jobs that they start or leave equipment in the apartment. It looks nice up front but reality is that things are slapped together half-done and or not done at all. I am actually trying to get evidence to break the lease without having to pay. If you do rent and have problems make sure you keep records of everything. We have also had things disappear and don't know when it happened so keep valuables locked away. Especially paperwork!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! everyone tells you lies to get you to sign a lease and it is A SCAM!!

Did you find evidence to break the lease? We are currently doing the same thing. I believe they have broken a few fair housing laws.

Wow if your that unhappy go talk to the office staff! Ive lived here for 2 years and find the staff to be wonderful and will do their best to help you.

Wow you must BE THE STAFF because I go to the staff on every friggin issue this place has and they still don't do their best to help you. What apartment community does not assign a parking near your apartment? This place! This place is NOT worth it and they charge you more once you move in!
