The facilities are extradordinary. The complex is very quiet and clean. Overall a very nice facility, but it does have a few problems.
First of all if you have two cars, your in for problems. There are hardly any community spots. Whenever I got back after 10pm i had to park a few hundred yards from my door.
Like I said this is a quiet neighborhood, but the walls are thin. I've gotten noise complaints at 3 o'clock in the afternoon from a crabby old lady for a neighbor, when the TV wasnt even on too loud. The problem is not the noise, it's the fact that if any of my neighbors hear just a hint of noise they get pissed off. And the management doesnt care that it was never proven that I had made excessive noise, they come down hard on me anyway; threatening to evict me.
The ammeneties are great, and kept in good working order; but I really dont like going to the pool and seeing nothing but people who are either over the age of 50 or weigh 300 pounds. It seems that anyone who is young or fit stays away from the pool, mabye because they've been scared off.
Lastly, of the three people who work in management, two are helpful; one is NOT! There is this angry older lady who is just ugly as sin; she seems to hate life and feels justified in making everyone around her miserable also. If you are looking at this complex, ignore her and talk only to the guy in sales, he rules.
