San Antigua

Excellent so far... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I'm not sure where the other reviewers live, but it's not at San Antigua. Been here a while now & it is excellent so far. Moved from the east coast & looked at all these Scottsdale apartment reviews before I got here. Personal choice all I think - good & bad to them all. Haven't had to deal w/management here so can't comment on that, I don't understand how you would have that much contact w/them anyway... but otherwise the grounds are kept very well & the pool I use is sparkling. Very nice waterfalls & landscaping too. Location is key, 5 min. to everything I want & McCormick walking path is awesome. Our 2-bedroom unit has new carpeting & was clean upon move-in. Great attached garage & large, large closets! Absolutely no noise where my unit is, all friendly renters we've met so far. Only negative I have is the roaches - yup, they are here -esp. when weather is hot, haven't seen too many on cooler nights, but I'd rather have them than scorpions (I think!) Put bait down & it seems to work. Also, security gates are great, but sometimes people come in the exit after I leave w/out security!' Still, feels safe to walk at night. Overall a great place. (only have a 12-mo. lease anyway, how bad could it be') See it for yourself then decide, take all these reviews w/ a grain of salt!
