Fairly nice community and grounds and that justifies their new outrageous prices I guess, but the inside is nothing more then a standard apartment that you will find anywhere in south Scottsdale or Phoenix for that matter. Management was difficult to work with and at times acted unprofessionally. Seemed to have an attitude that residents should be privledged to live here. $1650 a month for 2 bd, non-granite counters and no view was enough to buy a nice condo, on nicer grounds with a mortgage that is $300 less a month. Honestly why pay these ridicously rents when you get can a condo or even a house for the same or less price. Again, this place is way over-priced and the management and ownership are unrealistic about what they are charging and what they are offering. If you don't mind paying a ton in rent then I would recommend because it is quiet, safe and close to location, but do yourself a favor and use the money on owning property and probably save some money in the process.
