I would never reccomend living here. I am a current resident and I have had nothing but harrasment from the office personel. I've been told she has people watching me. Threats of eviction and black balling for everything but then allows other residents to do the same. I've been told I have limits on the number of guests (3)when other residents have pool parties. My family is not allowed to stay with me when they come to visit from out of state. So if you are not over the age of 40 and make an obvious large sum of money you are not welcomed.

I am not over 40 years of age, make an average amount of money, and have had NO problems with management harrassing me because I am quiet, respectful, and act like a grown-up. Fortunately, management DOES ensure the quality of the residents here...for that I am very thankful. I absolutely LOVE it here!!

They are and do Discriminate immensely. When I worked for them,
They had me tow vehicles over a certain age and if they were not in perfect shape no dings or dents. The owner is Dr. Edward Frankel from Anaheim, California.

I was discriminated against the day I moved in; my husband was in Kidney Failure and they rented our apt to someone else and made us wait ubtil we went away or found us a new one. Everything else was great but they day we moved out and nailed us with $1600 in damages - If you think they are great wait ubtil you leave.
