White trash in a Trendy Apt.

I had a co-worker who lived here for 2 years. What a disappointment to see yet another trendy apt complex polluted by a bunch of useless drunken white urban trash. Not to mention the dog feces everywhere. I often saw a bunch of immature 20 somethings drunk, screaming, playing loud music at all hours of the night(up til 4:00am) The management of San Carlos did nothing to control it (perhaps they contributed). Perhaps, the property owner of San Carlos should consider selling the apts as condos, thus getting rid of the generation X spoiled brats (who probably have no/bad credit for a morgage). Most of these apt managers/staff are just as bad as the obnoxious tenants, have no clue what responsiblity or professionalism is.
