I moved in a month ago and after an extensive apartment search decided on this complex. The rent is fair for Scottsdale and considering what you get for the money it is much better than the other properties in the same area. The staff was pleasant prior to signing my lease and has continued to be since. The only problem I had was with an outlet that did not work and it was fixed the next day. Overall the property is clean, quiet and comfortable. As far as noisy people it is very quiet but it is an apartment and you will hear your neighbors occasionally. Past comments mention people just hanging out or blaring music. Rarely do you even see anyone on the property when you leave your apartment and the only place people congregate is at the pool but even then it is small, quiet groups. The only thing that is lacking is parking. Guests have a hard time finding open spots. I would like to see a few extra things in the excercise room and a clubhouse would be nice or community events.
