My husband and I moved into the complex under the premise that these were quiet apartments. Within two days of moving in, we complained about the loud bangs, stomping and slamming at all times of the day and night from the upstairs neighbors. Management told us that they would deal with the loud neighbors and evict if necessary. After 4 months of constant noise and no resolve, we're moving out. We have been given every excuse in the book, but know that the noise is a result of an inconsiderate teenager and management's inability to follow through as promised. If it weren't for the noisy neighbors and management's lack of resolve, this would have been a nice place to live.
