Terrible customer service! Management likes to lie and claim nothing is ever wrong with apartments.They overcharge for the zip code.
Talking to others in complex it has many interior issues like leaking roofs, termites, mold, and noise. Management claims these are not health issues and are left untreated or covered up. No one from maintenance has ever cleaned or performed maintenance on our A/C unit, this would explain the 175.00 monthly aps bill for a 900 sq ft apt and the unability to cool it down past 80 deg. I really wish we would have moved some where else,will never live here again nor would I refer to my worst enemy.
