I read a previous comment about mold i believe we have it also, and as for termites I have seen them on my wall and ceiling.We just recieved notice for rent increase and on top of that they want to charge additional 20 dollars for a parking spot, what are they thinking, where are we supposed to park if we dont want to pay it. They should be lowering rent at this point with all the empty apartments.Stop painting curbs and have the dumpsters emptied more than once a week.
