It is true that there is dog crap EVERYWHERE on the grounds. Management makes no effort to clean it up or even send a flier to residents explaining that it is their responsibility to pick up the crap. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. This also leads to flies and bugs all over the place.
There is also no trash can by the mailboxes so people throw junk mail everywhere which blows all over the property.
Soda machines by the pool are always empty and there is trash and crap all around the pool.
It seems management could try to fix these things. But, I guess they don't care as long as rent is being paid. The staff is not rude, but they sure don't seem to care about maintaining the place.
YOU COULD GET A LOT MORE FOR THE MONEY. NOT RECOMMENDED AND I AM LEAVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP AT THE END OF SUMMER.
