What a nightmare everyday! I don't know who is writing some of these reviews but congratulations to you for your attempt at appeal. This place NEVER has public parking, HUGE trailers will take up 6-8 spaces for weeks without moving, other people will simply park their cars and cover it up in an empty space and leave it there for months. THE OFFICE DOES NOTHING TO HELP! Also, since this is an animal loving community, don't be upset when you step in somebody elses dog poop. Believe me, there is PLENTY of it ALL OVER. No one picks up after their dogs, it's very unsanitary. Noise is also an issue. I don't believe my upstairs neighbor ever sleeps. I can hear her water running at all hours of the day. I hear the people across from me when they open or close their front doors. My apartment is also falling apart. My garage has severe water damage which the property managers refuse to fix. Horrible place, DO NOT move here!

"No one picks up after their dogs" Please be careful when you use generalizations. I live here and happen to pick up after my dog 100% of the time, so this is an outright falsity. Granted a lot of people don't, but you are never going to change those people who just don't care. And, yes, the management always has people picking up dog poop, cigarette butts, and blowing leaves to keep the place looking nice. They do a good job.
