Some of the recent negative reviews are bordering on hysterical rantings. My family has lived here for nearly 2 years and have had very few issues. Parking is sometimes an issue especially around holidays when residents have visitors taking up spaces, but that is expected in any apartment living situation. As far as large moving vehicles / trailers taking up space, I recall the incident that happened recently, and the trailer in question was indeed taking up 4 spaces on the side of my building for a total of 6 days. -Yes it was an inconvenience, but again, this is an apartment complex, and these situations are what is expected from time to time. -No I do not know the people who the trailer belonged to, and have no reason to sugar-coat the issue.
As far as dogs go, this complex clearly states that they are a 'pet friendly' community. While I am responsible about cleaning up after my dogs, not everyone here is. The management office sends out notices regularly to every apartment unit regarding pet waste responsibility, and they have their maintenance crew clean regularly. Other than operating a covert sting operation to 'get the dog waste offenders', I don't see what more the management can do.
To the people who go out of their way to make complaints: move somewhere else if you don't like it here.
I and my family enjoy the quiet community, convenient location to shopping and good schools, and the friendly (and helpful) management staff.
