I have lived here for almost 4 years and never had a problem. The management staff has always been courteous and friendly. Any maintenance issues we have had, including the water in the master bathroom stopping completely the day before four (4) guests arrived for Thanksgiving, have been attended to promptly and without question. As for noise, parking and dog pooh....this is an apartment complex. You cannot expect to live with hundreds of other people and have everything be pristine. Don't blame management for the habits of those around you - that is a part of apartment living. Don't forget to mention that while there may be dog pooh on the ground..I have also seen the maintenance staff cleaning it up for the lazy owner who could not be bothered. Who is to blame there'
The location is great..close to the highway, parks, shopping.
I would recommend living here to anyone

It actually should be the opposite...people who live in apartments need to be MORE respectful of others in regards to their noise and messiness, i.e. considerate of others. If you want to be noisy and messy, go live in your own house.
