I've lived at San Carlos for about a year now and am in the process of moving to a one-bedroom at another property. For the most part, I've enjoyed living here. The only thing I can say is that the appliances are really old. Our dishwasher, refrigerator, and water heater all needed to be serviced within a month or two of living here. Maintenance was quick to respond to most inquiries though. The office staff was always kind and very helpful. The pool is awesome! All in all, I'd say it's not a bad place to live.
