Pros:
Staff are friendly and polite, and it's a safe area.

Cons:
Cheap broken-down appliances, a bland "motel room-like" feel, and you can hear your upstairs neighbors as though you're only separated by a few layers of cardboard. Also, for 1100 sq. ft. it feels more like 800 sq. ft. - layout is very poor and inefficient with space.
