I currently live at San Marcos apartments and it's a GREAT place to live all of the office staff is very proffessional and understanding. About the other persons comment the 1 bedrooms are very spacious and well over 500 sq ft and are very resonably priced you can't expect to just get out of your lease for nothing don't you know that nothing comes for free'

Maybe this sh*thole was nice three years ago, but I doubt it. It's run down, dirty and disgusting. The people around here who don't live in either san marcos or san carlos call this the tenement housing projects. It's a friggin trailer park! It's a bad place with much drinking, a lot of drugs and many car and apartment break ins. I'd run away FAST!
