Nice place to live, good parking, good management, spacious. Good price for location. If you are planning to break your lease or move early high price. $1500 flat.

LOL, this must have been written by one of your office staff. Horrible place to live, absolutely NO PARKING, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, and small for the price. yeah location is great but that's scottsdale NOT SAN MARCOS.

I'm laughing too. Obviously a staff member wrote this. NO POOL - it's always closed for repairs. NO parking! I'd like to see that 1500 dollar flat fee to break your lease - if that's true - I'M GONE! Prove it!
