termites in three rooms, so i had to live with termite tracks and termites poking out of those for weeks. evidence that this was an ongoing problem (prior patches in the ceiling and walls that could not have been attributed to hooks, wall hangings, etc.) termite evidence under the stove and fridge (basically all over, wouldnt be surprised if they were behind every wall, under every floor)
new girls in the office are snippy. older woman lied to my face about the termites being an issue with past tenants (confirmed with neighbors that the previous occupants complained of the problem)
parking is ok, there are junker cars that never move from the back of the parking lot (abandoned, not running' who knows)
when i moved in they had repainted, and this meant there was hair painted right into the wall that was impossible to get out.
and last but not least, car brake ins are a problem. my car was broken into, and i noticed broken out windows of my neighbors cars and a few occasions.
dont be surprised if it looks nice upon first inspection, i obviously was impressed at first.

Well, it appears that San Marcos still has not cleaned up their act. Those termites have made there way from the garage to the apts. I lived there for 18mons and was digusted with the management, they did not take any measures to do anything about my noisy neighbour who turned out to be an staff employee. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Tenants Association due to the fact they began this (what seemed to be fake) water, sewage charge organized by a company outside of Az. The charge of Water and Sewage was not indicated on the lease, and the Az Tenants Association was very helpful with this problem. San Marcos initially gave me the impression that it was a place for professions to live. However the usual bunch of stupid, snotty morons that work in these offices create a constant problem of trying to solve anything. It's like coming home to a bunch of teenagers in charge of the place you live, playing pretend with their job, affecting one's peace of mind. I guess apt staff do not want respect demonstrated by the lack of responsibilty they take with their work.

Me too! They "split" the bills for water - and make you pay your own bill too! I was told too that the "doctors from Mayo stay here" Bullsh*t! That is a complete lie! It is like living in a dirty run down bug infested thug run teniment housing complex. We are so out of here!
