I really like San Marcos. The office staff is helpful as long as you are respectful to them, I have had several work orders that needed to be completed and the staff was promt and apologetic (even though the issues were small, like a ceiling fan missing a screw. The grounds are nice and my neighbors are quiet and polite. THe price is comparable to any other north Scottsdale apartment and the facilities (workout room, business center, and swimming pools) are clean and well equipped. I also enjoyed the free DVD rental provided by San Marcos. The location is fantastic and I have really enjoyed all of my time here.

Work out room - is not sanitized and is dirty. The "business center" closes at 5:00 pm. and the swimming pools are never opened because they are always being repaired. This place is a joke. TRAILER PARK APARTMENTS!

geesh, what is your problem? You have made negative responses in all the reviews. Anyone can see you are either a disgruntled employee or just a freak. I have lived here for 6 month's, other than a few minor problems I haven't had any trouble. I'd live here again.
