We have been here three years and can't believe how it's changed. Since the old manager left last year things have never been the same.

This place literally reminds us of a trailer park, the only difference is that we pay luxury prices! Our rent went up this year as everyone else's has and yet there is nothing to show for it...if the apartments really were luxury then it would be worth the price but they are not. There are broken down cars that are left there for months before being removed. Dog crap is everywhere in the grass areas. There is now a lawn chair and "bon fire" in one of the open areas at the edge of the property. The office always has new people working there since they seem to not be able to keep anyone...and the people that are there have an attitude. The quality of neighbors living in our vicinity has most definately changed too. We have had many nights of having to listen to drunks on their porches cursing and screaming. We really wonder what kind of people they are allowing to move in here. We are not planning to renew our lease here and this place has left a sour taste about apartments in general. This is the worst complex we have ever lived in. Since we have children it makes it even worse when you feel like you aren't living in a nice place. Since there are often cops here you also wonder what kind of crimes are going on. It has been rumored among residents that there is a drug and prostitution problem but it makes you think maybe it's not a rumor after all. Do yourself a favor and never move in here because you will regret it.

WOW - I have lived here for 6 months. I have not experienced your kind of problems. I must say though, there are NO drug dealers or prostitues. Where do you come up with that stuff? I am the Neighborhood Watch Captain and I would know if there was a problem. THis is a nice, quiet, well kept apartment complex.

NO DRUG DEALERS OR PROSTITUTES???? WHAT ARE YOU BLIND????? It's common knowledge to anyone who lives in Scottsdale what goes on here. Why do you think the cops are constantly cruising the parking lot and park in the lot to watch renters??? SO many people get arrested here it's hysterical. We've got old ladies who have owned major pot farms in Oregon and Washington State living here - PULEASE - This place is a drug infested rat hole! Open your eyes and take a look around - hmmmmmmmmm - compared to all the other complexes, this is the uglyist and dirtiest. Think that is a coincedence? NOT!
