There have been SO many break-ins that they now post WARNINGS all over the complex to remind people to lock their cars and apartment doors. The management at this complex does NOT live here, they do not care if anyone gets killed or shot or robbed. The management at this complex is the WORST we have ever encountered in the united states. We have actually filed a report with the police department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

has anyone been shot or killed at San marcos? No, and if you ask me the Mgmt was correct to post a courtesy warning as several communitys were targted this November. Ask around. It seems you are both unhappy and uninformed. Mgmt does live on site and there has been nothing as horrible as you have tried to insinuate. Bottom line MOVE, you obviously are an unhappy person.What exactly did the Police due? arrest Equity or the Mgmt team? fine them? No, get your facts before you start vicious lies. In fact get a life and move somewhere else.
We think Its great here, Equity has done nothing but make improvements since taking over.
why would want to spread horrible lies, Have they offended you that much to out right lie... that's just pure outright bad karma.
