Cons: The floors here are very cheap for the amount I'm paying. Old carpeting and linoleum. If you are lucky you get the "new" linoleum (Whoo Hoo!) Parking could be better, there is only 1 covered spot available per apartment. There is no policy in place to stop people from parking their extra vehicles over long periods of time in the prime visitor spots. There is no camera system to deter vandals or car thieves.

Pros: it's cheap (now) and maintenance has always been very punctual. The common areas are nice, nice huge 8-person hot tub and heated swimming pool, 4 outdoor grills with sunshade. Decent gym. 24/hour availability of the common areas. Garages available for very reasonable cost. New paint job looks good on the outside.

Bottom line: I'm kind of inbetween here, not sure if I could recommend this place, at least not at the price that I am paying. Maybe it is a good deal at the new prices though. There have been some improvements in the last 2 years, but more are needed. Get a security/camera system. Get a rule that visitor parking is not long term storage of your junky project car. Put a few more covered parking units in. Get some tile instead of that cheapo-linoleum. Then it will be a lot better.
