Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I've been here since Oct and it's my daughter and myself. They are spacious apartments as well as very well kept landscaping. (Every Thurs morning they wake me up!) The patio's are HUGE and the staff is great. Only 100$ more a month for this place compared to my old apartment in North Phoenix, and a lot nicer. Don't believe the negative reviews, they're just angry :)
