San Marin is a very nice complex. The grounds are kept well, and the pool is nice. The location of this complex is incredible. It's the best part of living here. It is very close to everything from restaurants to the best scottsdale night life. The bad part is that the units are small and overpriced in my opinion. You have to give up space and pay extra $$ for the great location. Choose an upstairs unit so you get the high ceilings and less noise.
