unbeatable location, good service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I am reviewing cause after using this site it seems that people only review when a place is bad. The San Marin is excellent but pros and cons below.. I have lived here for a year and overall really pleased with my choice. Excellent location, bars, clubs, restaurants all very short walk. Also library, nice park, spring training baseball ground all v short walk. All amenities as good as they look in photos and very well maintained. Staff are efficient, problems solved quickly. Now for negatives because there always is some....... The apartments themselves are OK, but certainly not as luxurious as the grounds and amenities. There is noise from other apartments as the walls, ceilings etc are very thin. Also mostly younger people live here so can be noisy, but the leasing office lets apartments in different areas according to what you want. We are in a quieter area so never hear parties etc. Although understand that is it in the complex if that is what you are looking for ! I have never had a problem with parking. Can be a bit of a walk for guest parking though. Overall I would definitely recommend.
