The GOOD and the BAD From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The good: I really enjoy living here. The community is really nice. The grounds are very beautiful and very well kept with routine maintanance, and the ammenities are great. My experience is that maintanance is very quick to resond. The complex is walking distance to al the bars, clubs, mall, shopping, restraunts, old town, etc. The bad: Parking is horrible, I think that to many people park there that do not live there and that takes up the residents spaces. You only get 1 assigned space per apt. even a 3 bedroom. and there is limited guest parking/tenant parking. Another is they try to get all the money they can out of you by chargeing little fees all the time that add up quickly, especially at move in. And last off the noise. Usually during the week it is not that bad. however Fri. and Sat. night I hear people outside my window yelling drunk at ALL hours of the night.
