Best Deal for the price! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I searched and searched for a great place to live and I finally found San Marin. I had such a great experience with this girl named Kymm who was helping me find the right apt for me. She was so helpful and new her product. The place is just lovely. I was so surprised of the grounds and how clean the place was. After the great tour she gave me and sold me on that this was the place to live I had made up my mind this was the place! My apt is such a great size and the closet space is just the perfect size for all my girl things. I have a great pool view apt. The maint man Pete was so friendly and nice when he made a plumbing repair in my apt. The entire staff seams so nice and friendly. I want all my friends to move here! This has been the best apt I have ever lived at and a great experience so far.
