San Marin is a beautiful apartment complex to live at but the on-site and upper management are extremely hard to deal with. In particular the leasing/accounting manager in charge is one of the rudest women you will ever encounter.

The management lacks the kind of professionalism needed to run a large complex like San Marin, and they do not look out for the needs and wants of their residents. I have lived at various apartment complexes over the past few years and I have never
been treated as rudely as I have by the management at San Marin. Hopefully Management Support will begin looking for new staff in order to restore many unsatisfied residents faith in occordance to how the management at this complex is handled.
