I have lived in SM for a few months now and honestly don't know where all the bad reviews come from. NEWS FLASH! This is not a Four Seasons, it's an apartment complex!!! Some of these reviewers act as if they should have been waited on hand and foot...suggestion...move into the Biltmore! Kimm in the office has always been professional and courteous as has all the office staff. Many times I have asked them to do little things for me and it has always been done with a smile. When I travel out of the country they have been more than courteous in helping me know the amount of my water bill (via email) so I could pay my rent from afar. If you are not an idiot then you will be asking the right questions when you move in and realize that this is a mixed demographic community, i.e., retirees (grandkids at the pool sometimes), college kids (late night parties sometimes) and recent college grads (late night parties on the weekends sometimes), all living in the same place, which is kind of cool if you are not a stuck up snob who needs to be called Sir/Mam and waited on like royalty visiting the Bel-Air.....
Love it and if you realize it for what it is (mixed population, apartment complex, ideally located to old town) then you should have no problems.....
