I recently moved out of my apartment at the San Marin because I decided to buy a home. I honestly had to force myself to buy something because I never wanted to leave. I can't believe all the nasty comments people have left on here. Is someone possibly bitter' There honestly really isn't any negative comments I can make about the San Marin. The girls in the office were very professional and ALWAYS smiling. They had all been there for a long time and it shows. They are knowledgable and helpful. I think it is unfair to critisize them for doing their jobs and following the rules. And are the rules really all that bad' The pool IS open 24hours along with the gym. How many other complexes offer that kind of freedom. If you want unlimited freedom buy a house and stop living off of Mommy and Daddy. But then again if you do that you won't have people taking care of your lawn, or taking care of all your maintenance needs, cleaning your pool, signing for your packages and the list goes on and on.

If I were to complain about ANYTHING it would be the occasional noise. But then again that comes hand and hand with apartment renting. That noise is probably coming from the people writing all the terrible comments.

So give the staff a break, I am sure they work hard trying to make all the residents happy. They must be doing something right. The place is always full, the grounds are kept neat and maintenance is ALWAYS on top of things.

I have taken the time to write this because I want people to know that the San Marin is in fact a great place to live. I will miss not only my apartment but the staff and the comforts that come along with apartment living. I have left resort living and decided to move in to the real world. I feel confident recommending this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well taken care of apartment with an unbeatable location.
