San Marin is an incredible place to live! You can walk right around the corner or across the street to all the best Scottsdale clubs, bars and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are great inside. Maintenence would be there the same day if I called for them. The people who live there are every age, so it's fun but it's not a glorified frathouse, like some complexes. I was hard pressed to find a nicer place to live when I, unfortunately, had to move out because of a psycho roommate. She continued to live there because she loved it so much! In my experience, the office staff were all very understanding, friendly, attentive and helpful all throughout my difficult situation with moving out. I would have gladly lived there again and would recommend it to anyone.
