Nice but Noisy

Beautiful pool and nice facilities. Apartments are nice, though you can hear EVERYTHING from neighboring apartments. Lots of young adults partying. Parking is hopeless (visiting partiers take your spot). Management is poor. Maintenance is good. The most expensive apartments west of he Hudson. Way too expensive. A great place if you are a rich, 20-year-old with no job. If you need to sleep through the night, don't rent here.
