As far as apartments go, This place is better than most. The maintenance staff is prompt and I have only ocassionally noticed noise on the weekend. I was on the top floor however, so my opinion may be different than bottom dwellers. Parking on weekend nights is tough if you need more parking than your 1 reserved stop as club-goers park here frequently.



Another bad thing, Verizon has the phone service for these apartments and a few residents seem to have quest. My DSL line from Verizon was constantly going out, I?d use quest(as terrible as they are)



All-in-all, the place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. And, very well insulated from the elements. I?m debating staying here another year, or moving to a house, I wouldn?t move to another apartment as this is better than many more expensive places I have lived.
