Bad front office

I have lived in the complex for a year, and I liked living there. However, the front office is utterly worthless in terms of planning and information regarding renewal & exit clauses. When they paved the driveways, they expected renters to not live in the apartment for 2 - 3 days. This is okay if they didn't reschedule the paving 3 times. Also, for the not-so-rich folks who can't just get a hotel room for those days and wanted to return to their homes--there was no way of apartment entry. Nice job!
When I signed my lease, they refused to commit to a lease ending at the end of the month. I have lived in many apt complexes in the past, and never ran into this type of situation. By using this trick, they were able to gain an additional month on my renewal.
The apt lacked insulation for several rooms, making it nice and toasty in the summer months. They cheap construction was quite evident!
Would I stay there again' No. Because you could get the same atmosphere (and better service & living conditions) from either the complex adjacent to it, or others nearby the area.
