San Marin Suites & Apartments

I love it :) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Ok, I don't really know if I've just lucked out or what but I love it at San Marin. My roommate and I even signed up for another year at the end of our lease last May. The office staff has always been nice...they even replaced our dishwasher without hesitation. Plus, maintenance is responsive. I do have to admit that I live in the back of the complex so much of the noise I never hear, but I work full-time and have never been woken up during the week from loud partying. They do have a police officer on sight if you have such problems. As far as I'm concerned, parking is always a pain in the a$$ at apt. complexes, that is just the way it is. Anyways, I love it..my roomie loves it and you don't get a better location!
