great place if you a spoiled college kid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   After living here for almost a year we are leaving not because of the amenities, location, or even the looks of the place, but due to a terribly arrogant staff (I think spoiled college kid attitudes have made them sour). Also, the living environment is very poor for anyone who is not a beer chugging, noise making , collge student. There are many fights,loud arguments, and plenty of vandalism to go around that managemnet has put out a weekly notice for rewards leading to arrest of the vandalism of that week. If you like to sleep do not come here between 12-5 AM every night of the week. Due to the fact that the walls are paper thin, trust me you will hear it all above, below, and outside.
