The apartment i live in is nice but the girls at the front really suck. They are not nice and they are not helpful. I wasnt going to write a review before I left until the past couple conversations I had with the girls up front. They dont make me feel comfortable or welcome in the office and one just hung up on me when she should have been helping me with an issue. I am glad I am moving..plus they are jacking the prices up to a number I would not pay to live here anyway.

Are they really that bad? I too live at the San Marin and have never had any issues. Maybe I am treated with respect because I pay my rent on time, or maybe it is because I have respect for the other tenants and my surroundings. The office staff has been more than kind from day one and the maintenance staff should be rewarded for ther great service. Heather has been in the office for a long time and has ALWAYS been more than helpful when I have issues. In my opinion, it is very obvious that people who take the time to write such negative things, are just disgruntled residents that were probably asked to leave. I commend the office for weeding these kind of people out and making my home a better place to live.

I agree, I came into the office the other day and the manager (who was the only person working at that time) was on the telephone (on a personal call) for 10 minutes while she saw me standing there. I couldn't believe it.
