AWFUL!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am a new tenant, just moved in in August. I gave the management office my rent check on time prior to the due date, and then left town on a business trip. The management office, returned the checks to my apartment because I gave them two checks instead of one check, then charged me late fees and a penalty for eight days! When I explained that I didn't know the policy about two checks, they still refused to waive the late fee. Really horrible, mean people. Don't move here.
