This complex is horrible! Don't get me wrong I like to party but it NEVER stops and nothing is done when it gets out of control. The pool is open 24/7 and the people are the most stuck up superficial aholes in Scottsdale. My car got towed b/c the office never told me when I moved in that I needed a permit. Microwave, washer, dryer and air conditioner ALL have broken. You can hear your neighbors through the walls, windows, and above you ALL THE TIME. The volleyball court is a giant litter box used by all the stray cats in the complex. The office staff is not always the friendliest either. I will never recommend or live here ever again!!

Wow some of these responses on this website are really silly. Do you need people to hold your hands and read things for you?? I've lived here for years and if I'm at work and need a parking pass for a friend I call the office and Catherine will put slip one under my apartment door if I can't make it in before they close. I also, read and re-read the very important lease paperwork that clearly states the parking rules. It makes me mad when everyone puts the blame on others. Did you read the tow signs around the complex? Oh ya I forgot you can't read. Later loser.
