I've lived her for a few years and I have had the best time. It's nice coming home every night to a gated community that you feel safe at. I work, play, and shop in Old Town Scottsdale. Everyone at this complex is so friendly!! If you are moving out of state and want to know where you should live to meet people, then look no further you have found it. I guess I need to apply for a job in the Leasing Office or maybe I can get a job standing on the corner in a bikini with a sign "Bring your own beer!" I've always walked to the bars and clubs with my friends. Old Town has block parties, parades, shopping, and all the salons/spas you could want. If you want a fun place to live with great neighbors just stay here. By the way most of my neighbors are 21-35 (hot too) but I do have some that are very dear to my heart that I call grandma but they are hip grandmas!!! :)

So you find this nice place in Scottsdale with a great location in old town right? Wrong... First of all this place is the central meeting point for every Scottsdale arm band douche bag in the world. So plan on not having a place to park and having to share the pool with a million drunk A holes all weekend. To be fair the location is great especially if you like going to the bars in old town and the grounds/gym are really nice. By the way the staff hates you and will go out of there way to take you for everything your worth.
