Positives:
-Staff is friendly
-Grounds are usually clean

Negatives:
-Parking is a nightmare. The spaces are tiny and all the drunk morons will put dents in your car. That is guaranteed.
-Tow truck drivers are psychos. They will put stickers all over your car then tow it because they don't know how to read. Management created, signed and placed an official parking pass on my window but tow driver still harassed me constantly.
-Place is very, very loud. Most people live here only because it's the closest apartment complex to all the nightclubs. There's always drunk morons yelling outside until 3 in the morning, every single weekend and on many weeknights. Without fail.
-Gym is worthless. Equipment is ancient and falling apart.
-Appliances are all ancient, worthless junk.

Last positive:
-If you just want to get laid and party every night and/or spend your parents money while you flunk out of ASU this is the place for you.
