I lived at the San Marin for a year and when I moved out they took all of the deposit and wanted more after that. Even though I had the place professionally cleaned!

The management staff is for the most part, very snotty and stuck up.

These places are "cookie cutter" apartments, so you can everything from your neighbors: dogs barking, toilets flushing, music goes through the walls, people walking above you, etc.

The only good thing is that it is a good location in Scottsdale
