I'm so glad I got a six month lease on this place. Thursday thru Saturday this place is a zoo. Too many college students and 30k millionaires. Drunk idiots screaming and loud music from balconies starting around 4:30pm. By 11pm it usually dies down because they all get drunk at home then head to the clubs around that time. Starting around 2am they all start coming home. Yelling and screaming as they go. I'm writing this on a Saturday at 11pm and can hear and feel the base from an apartment across the courtyard.
Other problems with this place are inadequate parking. I couldn't find a space the other night and had to park on the street. The ceilings are paper thin. I have a middle age couple living above me, but it sounds like a herd of elephants grazing upstairs.
I can't wait for my lease to end so I can get the hell out of here.
