I have been here awhile and to any prospective tenant, here is my advice. In no particular order. Rent in the northern part of the complex, it is quieter because there aren't as many roommates. All of the 3 bedroom apartments are on the south part, therefore it is louder. Try to get on the 3rd floor and not have anyone above you, trust me. If you plan on having company over, make sure you get a parking pass by the office prior to them closing or else your guest will get towed, guaranteed. Expect noise from d-bags on Friday-Sunday nights because of the nightclubs down the street. The office team and maintenance are amazing, I have been here awhile and they are always courteous and generous. I have lived in apartments my whole life (never lived in a house) and they are the best staff I have ever had. This is a great location. My review is not biased or scripted, I am just telling the truth. Overall I cant blame San Marin or anyone on their team for what d-bags do on the weekend. Unless you're very social, skip the pool on the weekends. I would rate my experience for the last five years here a 4 out of 5 stars which is great in my opinion. There are more pros to this place than cons, now just figure out what kind of lifestyle you have and hopefully this review has helped you.
