I've lived here for a little over five years and I really love it! I was really shocked when a friend of mine told me about this site. I've told her for years how much I loved living here and since she'll be working at the same hospital I'm working at, I thought it would be great if she got a place here too.

Not too long after that is when she told me about this site. I have to tell you I can't believe these people are talking about the same place. I have never had a problem with the girls in the office, maintenance or anyone else here. I've made more then a few really good friends. Yeah, the pool gets used and so does the gym. I bought a new car about 1 1/2 years ago and I have no "dings" because of parking. Going to the bars has never really been my thing but I do love being so close to the some really great restaraunts.

I've had friends that left San Marin and know for a fact they weren't screwed over by charges. But then again I know for a fact they were clean when they lived here and left their place clean when they moved out.

It really makes me wonder what the condition of the gripers apartments looked like.

Oh well, my friend did decide to rent here at San Marin. She was pretty familliar with my place as she came to visit about twice a year for the past four years. I'm glad she turned me on to this site because I have no problem saying I love my place here at San Marin!
