I have lived here for two years. I have been treated very well. Good specials when your lease is up, if you wish to move. I have lived on the second floor and have not had a bug problem. The desert has it's creatures. Maintenace comes very quickly.
Bad tenants have been asked to leave.
It is a spacious propery with nice greenery. Ideal location for stores and nearby strip mall.
