We have been here since February. Management is terrific and very responsive. Please keep in mind that more people will get off their duffs to post a complaint than to post a compliment. It is expected that things will be good so no one ever takes the time to say something nice.

We are on the second floor and we have a garage right outside the building. The place was clean and had new carpet when we moved in. The apartment is very spacious for a one bedroom with TONS of closet space. The balcony is huge compared to any other I have ever had (I move a lot nationally for work and this is my seventh apartment).

I would recommend the place. Come see for yourself. By the way... the pools (there are two) are in excellent condition and I never had problems with "drunk" people at the pool (as one reviewer said).

You can rent (well, there's actually no charge) videos and DVDs from the rental office and they are very recent releases. There's a small health club, a jacuzzi, vending machines by the pool, and a nice office center with free fax and photocopies plus two public computers. It's a nice touch even though I've never used those things it's good to know they're there if I need/want them.

I give it a thumbs up overall. (Even if my downstairs neighbors have a door slamming problem...you'll find people like that anywhere.)
